I know I have neglected my poor blog, but in the height of Senior Portraits, I have a good excuse. My third year as a HS Senior Portrait Photographer, this has been such an amazing year. I adore photographing Seniors, especially from the area where I started it all. It’s reassurance the 45 minutes to see me isn’t so far after all.
Sarah, the youngest in her family was my first senior girl this year. The hectic world of relocating gave me doubts I would be able to get in the full swing of Senior Portraits this season, but Sarah told me she knew she wanted me to take her portraits when she saw images of a senior friend from last year. What a fantastic compliment. I feel as though I have more then a professional relationship with my clients and meeting with Sarah and her Mom, Carol proved just that. I knew the Custom Frame to display my newest portrait in my new living room would be something from The Organic Bloom. This blue-eyed beauty is the love of her Mommy’s life. Some of my very favorite tutu photos were of this session. Mom and Grandma purchased large wall portraits and I fell so in love with them. Beautiful, timeless portraits to treasure for sure. Enjoy, thank you all so much!
It’s been the most amazing last few weeks for my studio as I welcome new and past clients. The most mini-sessions I have ever scheduled and I couldn’t have been happier to see such beautiful kiddos. Moms really did a wonderful job dressing them for the occasion. I am always happy to help coordinate clothing and give suggestions…and Moms really went all out! Of course for the little girls, I can’t help but add my own touches to a few portraits. Being a mom of 3 girls myself, you could say I am a bit addicted to accessories and all things girly. 
The girls weren’t the only ones to shine though, boys bring a presence all on their own and really do melt my heart. I will be sharing more from my sessions over the next few weeks.
Mini-Sessions at Around The Bend Photography are only done a few times a yr. Usually in the Spring and Fall. The Spring Sessions are reserved for the kiddos and Fall includes families too. I know it’s only May, but keep an eye out for my Fall sessions, usually anounced in August. I am slowly transitioning over to a new, bigger studio in Monroe, NH. The town is also so beautiful and places to photograph are everywhere!
